Research topics

In the frame of projects and programmes of Laboratory of Photovoltaics and optoelectronics I am involved in:

• method development for spatial characterisation of photovoltaic devices
• characterisation of conversion efficiency inhomogeneities of photovoltaic devices
• modelling and simulation of electrical circumstances around inhomogeneities

Noticeable achievements

• introduction of electroluminescence in spatial characterisation of dye-sensitised solar cells
• classification of inhomogeneities in dye-sensitised solar cells and multi-crystalline silicon photovotaic modules
